Lisa Miles Brady is a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of Crisis Management Associates, LLC (CMA). She leads the company through strategic direction, marketing, and managing client relationships.
Prior to co-founding CMA, Lisa has had extensive leadership opportunities within two Fortune 100 companies over the past 17 years. Her unique, holistic approach to building and leading teams capitalizes and leverages on the diverse talents of each team member, producing outstanding results and satisfied customers.
Her prior work as an insurance underwriter and consultant led Lisa to the belief that if companies took the time to produce comprehensive crisis plans, the “peace of mind” gained would free up the leadership team to focus on what it does best…getting results through the best talent available.
Lisa has earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and is currently completing her certification as a business coach. |

Ken A. Brady, CPP
Principal & VP of Operations |
Ken Brady is a Principal and the Vice President of Operations for Crisis Management Associates, LLC (CMA). He is responsible for business development, project management, and on-site client relations. Ken is also responsible for the day-to-day management of consulting projects, including staff assignments, performance, and the production of all deliverable products.
Ken is a seasoned security and crisis management consulting professional that has successfully managed security and crisis management consulting projects for some of the world’s largest companies. He is also an accomplished lecturer and trainer, having created and conducted highly-rated training programs for groups from 8 to 360 attendees, including creating and leading the ASIS Crisis Management workshop for five years. His areas of expertise include:
- Corporate crisis management planning
- Workplace violence prevention and response
- Emergency and evacuation planning
Prior to co-founding CMA, Ken was a Senior Director with Kroll, Inc., where he led the corporate crisis management consulting practice. His team of consultants worked with clients on creating, reviewing, implementing, and refining their comprehensive company crisis management plans.
During his 16-year security career, he also has held various security and leadership positions at State Farm Insurance and SRP, the water and power utility in Tempe, Arizona.
Ken is an active member of ASIS International, and is Board certified in security management having earned the designation of Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He is also a past Chairman and Vice Chairman of the ASIS Crisis Management Council.
His community activities include being a former officer of the McLean County Disaster Council, as well as a coordinator of an annual countywide disaster drill. He is also a former volunteer coordinator, food drive organizer, and United Way representative. |
